Access Bars is a special method that ensures rest and relaxation. This method deals with the so-called Bars. These are 32 pathways of energy that run through and around your head. While these points on the head are gently touched, the electrical charge is dissipated. With this you often experience your head as 'lighter'.

According to the Access Consciousness Bars theory, these bars each represent a group of thoughts and ideas.
